Twelve years ago I took a sales position in a tile store right out of design school because I needed a job and now here I am; founder of Tile Collective. Becoming a business owner has been the most challenging and rewarding experience of my life. My passions are curating the very best collection of materials, growing relationships with our cherished clients, and building and leading my incredible team.

Bachelor of Arts in Interior Design San Diego State University
I grew up locally in San Diego and studied interior design at San Diego state. My interest in design has always been rooted in the idea that if I can help make the world just a little bit prettier, then I’ve done something good during my time here. I’ve been working in the design industry for the last few years and have enjoyed being able to find new ideas and inspiration around me, as well as continually learning new things through both hands on and conceptual design work and experience. I love clean, simple designs with an edge, and pops of color, texture, and pattern.

I am a San Diego native who knows the ins and outs of Southern California design. From traditional hacienda to beach chic, I am sure to help you achieve the project of your dreams.
With over 7 years in tile design, I strive to make a house a place to call home. I am driven by my passion to provide the ideal home-style that each of my clients desire. I believe every home should be as unique as the client. No two clients are the same, why should two homes be? I know tile, style, and will go the extra mile for all of my clients.

PROJECT MANAGER
CAMILLE WAS BORN AND RAISED IN DENMARK BEFORE MAKING HER WAY TO THE UNITED STATES. SHE HAS A BACKGROUND IN PROJECT MANAGEMENT, TILE SALES, AND CATERING (SHE’S A FABULOUS COOK). CAMILLE’S EXPERTISE IN ALL THINGS ORGANIZING AND SYSTEMATIZING HAS BEEN PLAYING A PIVOTAL ROLE IN ENHANCING THE TILE COLLECTIVE CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE.

I am a San Diego native, and my passions include interior design and art. I have an extensive background in home renovations as well as project management and sales. My experiences in the design process of home renovations have given me ideal insight for helping customers pick out their perfect tile. I particularly love Spanish design and have always been drawn to it since my childhood. I am so happy to be a part of such a creative and forward-thinking community of women who inspire me. I look forward to seeing you in the studio and helping you with your next project.
